Juan started his career in the Sports & Entertainment industry in 2007 where he began working with Professional Athletes of the MLB, NFL, NBA and WNBA. He helped develop their brands, organized philanthropy events and managed their daily schedules. During that time his passion for music and organizing events led him to launch several start-up companies which had success. In 2014, Juan Co-Founded TriFection Entertainment which has now worked with over 150 National Artists, produced over 100 Concerts and 3 Music Festivals across the United States.

 

While continuing to grow TriFection Juan also works part-time for LiveNation and Nederlander Entertainment in various venues in the Cincinnati area. While working for LiveNation and Nederlander Juan has become highly knowledgeable in crowd control, Ingress, egress and artist security. He is currently certified in all categories of Global Security by LIveNation and has become an expert in event management. Other notable companies Juan is affiliated with are Industry Giants: AEG, NBC Sports, WME, CAA & iHeartRadio. Juan has also served as a Judge and Pageant Coach for contestants of the Miss America organization in the Teen and Miss divisions for the past 9 years. In August of 2019, Juan took the role of General Manager at Premier and will use his experience and expertise to elevate the company to new heights.
